29-30 ounces canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cloves
4 eggs
12 ounces evaporated milk
1 16 ounce yellow or white cake mix
1 cup chopped nuts--pecans or walnuts
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin, sugar, spices, eggs and milk. Beat well. I usually mix in a blender. Pour into a 9x13 inch cake pan. Spread dry cake mix over top of pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle chopped nuts over top cake mix. Drizzle melted butter over all. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Cool and serve with whipped cream, Cool Whip or ice cream. Store in refrigerator.
