1 pkg. country style boneless spareribs (Albertson’s are the best)
BBQ sauce (recipe below)

BBQ SAUCE

1 20 oz. bottle ketchup
1/2 bottle chili sauce
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
3/4 to 1 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 diced onion or equivalent dried onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Combine all ingredients for the BBQ sauce into saucepan and simmer over low heat for approximately 1 hour.

Brown ribs under broiler on all sides. Place in pan and cover with BBQ sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.

I got this recipe from Donna Ward when I worked at Libke, Jones & Mitchell. You can double the sauce recipe and the leftover sauce can be frozen and used again.
