cup soft butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3-4 smashed bananas
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
tsp vanilla extract
cup sour cream
1 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350

Mix butter and bananas, add all other ingredients and mix until blended.

Well grease a 9 inch loaf pan, pour batter into pan.

Bake for 60 - 70 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes in pan and then turn onto a wore rack to cool completely.
