2 bunches curly parsley, finely chopped
6 tbsp finely chopped fresh garlic
2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 c. white vinegar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine parsley, garlic, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Let stand 2 hours before serving.

Excellent on steak or served with plantain chips.
