3-4 pound boneless beef roast--can use venison/moose
1 Tablespoon dried basil
1 Tablespoon dried oregano.
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker. Put water in cooker. Sprinkle all seasonings and onion soup mix over roast. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or until meat is tender and shreds easily with a fork. Shred and serve on buns or Italian rolls.
