3 squares Bakers unsweetened Chocolate 1 square= 3 1/2 tbsp coco, 1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp. butter
2 3/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
7 tbs. light cream or top milk
dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Melt cho. and butter over boiling water; blend. Add 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, cream, and salt, all at once. and beat until smooth. Place over low flame and cook and stir only until mixture bubbles up well around edges. remove and add remaining sugar and vanilla in thirds. Beat
