14 oz. marinated artichoke hearts (drained)
1 c. mayo
1 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. dijon mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon juice (add more to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain artichokes well. Squeezing out all the juice. Mix in processor until well blended but not pureed. Add 1 tsp. lemon juice & 1/2 tsp. salt.
Mix and pour into buttered 8x8 dish.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes. Serve hot with Frito chips.
