Poppy Seed Chicken & Grape Pasta Salad Recipe

12 ounces spiral pasta, cooked according to package directions, drained & rinsed with cold water & drained completely
2 1/2 cups diced, cooked & cooled chicken breast
2 cups grapes, halved
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup salad dressing--Miracle whip or mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar or red wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon poppy seeds

You can substitute your favorite poppy seed dressing in place of above dressing

In a large salad bowl, combine cooled noodles and chicken. Add celery and onions. Mix in grapes, almonds and cranberries. in a separate bowl, combine all dressing ingredients and whisk together. Pour dressing over salad in bowl and gently toss to coat. Chill at least an hour before serving for flavors to blend.
