3 lbs country ribs in 4" peices
Salt and pepper
1 onion chopped
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp paprika
1tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp chili power
1/8 tsp cayenne
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp vinegar
1 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup water

1. Spray baking pan with oil, Salt and pepper ribs and put in pan, strew onion over ribs cover pan with foil
2. Pace in 250 degrees preheated oven and bake for 90 minutes
3 . While ribs are baking mix all other ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 15-20 minutes
4, Turn over to 350 degrees , pour sauce over ribs and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours basting several times
