Crunchy Sweet Potato Souflee Recipe

3 cups - sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup - sugar
tsp. - salt
2 large - eggs, slightly beaten
⅓ cup - butter
⅓ cup - milk
1 tsp. - vanilla

⅓ cup - flour
1 cup - brown sugar
1 cup - coconut
1 cup - chopped nuts

- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Boil sweet potatoes and mash until smooth.
- Mix together the sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, butter, milk, and vanilla.
- Put mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Make the topping by combining the flour, brown sugar, coconut, and chopped nuts. Spread evenly on top of the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through.
