Strawberry Cobbler (Amanda’s Mom’s recipe)

¾ cup plain flour
¾ cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
¾ cup milk

1 stick butter
2 cups fresh strawberries
¾ cups sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º
2. Mix well together flour, sugar, baking powder, and milk
3. Melt 1 stick butter in a large casserole – then mix above into casserole
4. Combine 2 cups fresh strawberries and ¾ cups sugar – allowing sugar to dissolve (do not stir)
4. Pour over mixture in casserole dish and bake for 45 min – serve warm
