2 6oz boxes - chicken Stove Top stuffing
4 each - medium zucchini squash, thinly sliced
1 large - onion, diced
2 tbsp. - butter
1 10.5oz can - cream of chicken soup
1 8oz container - sour cream
Salt to taste

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Prepare the stuffing according to the box and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt the butter and saute the zucchini and onions until soft.
- Combine the soup, sour cream, and salt. Stir in zucchini and onions.
- Grease a 13"x9" baking dish.
- Layer the dish with half of the stuffing, squash mixture, then top with the remaining dressing.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
