1 (14.5 oz) can evaporated milk (1¾ cups)
1 (4 oz) pkg lemon-flavored gelatin
1¾ cups hot water
¼ cup lemon Juice
1 cup sugar
2½ cup vanilla-wafer crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chill unopened can of mild in refrigerator until icy cold (about 3 to 4 hours)
2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water – chill until partially set – whip until light and fluffy
3. Add lemon juice and sugar to gelatin mixture
4. Whip chilled milk and fold into gelatin mixture
5. Line bottom of a 9” x 13” dish to cover with 2 cups of vanilla wafer crumbs
6. Pour gelatin mixture over into dish over crumbs
7. Top with remaining ½ cup of vanilla wafer crumbs – chill until firm – cut into squares and center each with a
maraschino cherry
