1 (14.5 oz) can evaporated milk (1 cups)
1 (4 oz) pkg lemon-flavored gelatin
1 cups hot water
cup lemon Juice
1 cup sugar
2 cup vanilla-wafer crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chill unopened can of mild in refrigerator until icy cold (about 3 to 4 hours)
2. Dissolve gelatin in hot water chill until partially set whip until light and fluffy
3. Add lemon juice and sugar to gelatin mixture
4. Whip chilled milk and fold into gelatin mixture
5. Line bottom of a 9 x 13 dish to cover with 2 cups of vanilla wafer crumbs
6. Pour gelatin mixture over into dish over crumbs
7. Top with remaining cup of vanilla wafer crumbs chill until firm cut into squares and center each with a
maraschino cherry
