3 cups - self-rising flour
⅓ cup - light brown sugar
tsp. - salt
cup - butter, divided & melted
1 12oz bottle - beer (preferably a dark or wheat beer)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, brown sugar, and salt. Pour in beer and half of the melted butter. Stir until combined.

Grease a 9" loaf pan, pour in dough, then top with remaining melted butter. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown. Let cool before slicing.
