4 c. Sliced Apples
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place 8x9 pan Sprinkle over apples Cover with foil. 400F 20 min.
Cream 1. tbsp. butter 1/2 c. sugar, egg
Blend beaten egg and 1 tsp. vanilla Sift 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Blend into reamed mixture Spread over apples and back 20 min top with whipped cream
