2 3/4 c. Sifted all purpose flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco shortening
3/4 c. milk
2 or 3 ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp. Almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Add shortening, one egg flavorings. Beat 2 min, Add mashed bananas and remaining 2 eggs. Beat 2 more min. Grease and lightly flour 10"Angel Food pan. Bake 350º 60-70 min lightly glaze
