1 c. Margarine
1/2 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. warm milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 packages active dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. Flour
3/5 c sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. raisins

(Angle cake pan-greased and floured)
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs one a a time beating well after each additions. beat in milk, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Combine 2 cups flour with 2 packages yeast, salt. Beat into liquid ingredients at med speed for 2 min. Stir in by hand remaining 21/2 c. flour, forming a soft dough. Place dough on a well floured board (soft by managable) knead 5 full minutes. Place dough in bowl. cover-refrigerate over night.
Next day-foll out on floured board-roll into 25"square.
Filling: 3/4 c. gram sugar, 2 heaping teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 1/2 c raisins
Roll cut in 5 parts strand sections in cake pan-Rise 1 hour poke Bake 1 hour 10 min at 350
