cup sugar
⅓ cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
tsp. salt
⅔ cup vegetable oil
2 to 3 tsp. poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Blend and refrigerate all the dressing ingredients. Toss before serving, add dressing slowly just to coat ingredients.

This is a great dressing to serve on romaine lettuce, pears, apples, dried cranberries and your favorite glazed nuts.
