Thai Coconut Chicken Meatballs Recipe

1 pound ground chicken
2 green onions
1/2 tea nutmeg
2 tea toasted Sesame oil
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp. veg oil
2/3 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tea thai red curry pasta
2 tea packed brown sugar
2 tea lime juice
2 tea water
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine chicken, green onions, nutmeg, sesame oil, garlic, In a large bowl .mix well.
make into 1 min's balls
Place in a crock pot add the coconut milk, broth, curry pasta, and brown sugar
Cook on high for 4 hours covered
then you can add lime and cornstarch. Cook for 10 to 15 min's more or until thicken
