3 10ľoz cans - condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup - sour cream
1/2 cup - beef stock
1 1oz pkg. - dry onion soup mix
2 lbs. - beef Chuck roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
8oz - sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp - worcestershire sauce
1 tsp - pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream of mushroom soup, soup mix, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Add beef and mushrooms; stir until well coated. For crockpot, cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours. For pressure cooker, cook for 1 and a half hours with natural release.

Mix in sour cream and serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
