3 10ľoz cans - condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup - sour cream
˝ cup - water
1 1oz pkg. - dry onion soup mix
2 lbs. - beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
8oz - sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, water, and soup mix in the slow cooker. Add beef and mushrooms; stir until well coated. Cover; cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.

Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
