1 large green pepper
12 jalapeños
1½ c. apple cider vinegar
1 pinch salt
4½ c. sugar
4 oz. liquid pectin
4 jalapeños, seeded, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Put peppers and vinegar into sauce pan.
2. Bring to a boil, and let simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.
3. Strain through a cheese cloth; reserving 1 c. liquid.
4. Return liquid to sauce pan, add sugar and salt. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
5. Stir in pectin and remaining peppers.
6. Bring back to a hard boil for 3 minutes.
7. Put into jars. Process for 20 minutes.

Makes 4½ pint jars.
