6 - 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Italian dressing mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut butter into squares and put in bottom of crockpot, add dry Italian dressing mix, place chicken on top and cook on low for 4 hours.
2. When chicken is cooked, remove from crockpot and set aside, leaving all the broth in the crockpot, add cream cheese and can of soup, stir until the cream cheese is melted.
3. Put chicken back into the crockpot and leave until ready to eat.
4. Serve on white rice or pasta.
