1 medium size pork butt roast
20 oz. bottle Coke (not diet)
1 c. brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) La Victoria red taco sauce

For serving:
Flour tortillas
La Victoria green sauce
Cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crock pot the pork roast overnight, about 12 hours on low. Covered halfway with water.
2. Drain and discard the liquid. Shred the meat and put it back in the crock pot.
3. Add coke, brown sugar, and La Victoria red taco sauce. Cook on high for at least three hours until flavors have blended.
4. Serve on a tortilla covered with warmed La Victoria's green sauce.
