1 lb. ground pork
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 small carrot, finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 egg, beaten (binder)
1 well-beaten egg, for sealing

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. To make sure you achieve the desired seasoning of the mixture, pan fry a small patty of the mixture and taste - add more seasoning if needed.
2. Wrap a heaping tsp. of mixture in an egg roll wrapper.
3. Fry in oil until golden brown.
4. Drain excess oil and serve warm.
