2 Pork loin chops (about 1 inch thick)
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. uncooked instant rice
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper or pork seasoning (I used Penzey’s Bicentennial Rub)

In a skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops in oil; set aside. In an ungreased 8 inch square baking dish; combine soup, milk, rice, and seasonings; mix well. Top with pork chops. Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. (You can use chicken breasts and cream of chicken soup instead of the pork and cream of mushroom soup.)
