Directions: |
Directions:Put 8 cups of water in stock pot boiling and add mix. Follow directions on bag. I cook longer than directions on low and it gives it a richer taste if you use broth instead of water. Keep stirring. Form patties and cook in skillet while water boiling and soup is simmering. Cook until no pink. (don't overcook and allow to dry out.) Add seasoning. Fold cheese in half and put on burgers and cover skillet after turning burner off. Allow to melt. Remove from skillet and place on buns, Garnish with lettuce tomatoes etc... if desired. You can also saute small onion slices and sliced mushrooms in a small skillet and add to burgers. |

Notes: You can have burgers the same as eating at the famous burger places and a rich tasting soup with vegetables for a lot less than eating at Five Guys. 15.00 to 20.00 max and that depends on what you spend on garnishes. 6 servings at an avg. of 2.50 to 3.00 per serving. You will spend 8.00 to 9.00 per serving at a burger place.
