2 pounds whole chicken breast, cooked and diced

1 can chicken broth

3 cans Great Northern Beans

8 oz salsa verde

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chiliís

2 tsp parsley flakes or cilantro

1-2 tsps cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook and cube chicken breast. In large pot combine chicken broth, rotel tomatoes, beans (do not drain the beans), salsa verse, cheese, cumin, parsley, and salt and pepper. Add chicken. Cook over medium heat until desired consistency. Serve with tortilla chips.
