2 naval oranges, peeled and pith removed
2 ripe avocados, peeled and diced
1/2 fennel bulb, sliced
12 to 18 pitted dried black olives in oil, sliced
2 tbsp. blanched toasted almonds
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the oranges into discs and then into 1 inch pieces. Mix the oranges, avocados, and fennel in large bowl. Chop the almonds and add to the bowl with the olives. Toss the salad with the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
