Impossible Taco Pie Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/4 cups milk
3 eggs 1 cup shredded cheddare cheese
1/4 head lettuce, shredded
1 sliced tomato
1/3 cup sliced ripe olives

Heat oven to 400

Grease square baking dish, (8x8) Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brow; drain. Stir in seasoning mix; spoon into plate.

Beat Bisquick, milk and eggs with wire whisk or hand beater until almost smooth; about 1 minute. Pour into plate.

Bake util knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 mi. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted about 2 mi. Cool 5 minutes.

Garnish with lettuce, tomato, olives and if desired sour cream.
