2/3 C. Oil
2 C. Flour
1C. sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 eggs
11/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 baking soda

Bake at 350 in a greased loaf pan for 45-50 min Optional dash of nutmeg, 1 C raisins, 3/4 C Nuts
Day one -Stir
Day 2-Stir
Day 3-Stir
Day 4- Add 1 C flour, 1 C sugar, 1 C. Milk
Day 5-Stir,
Day 6-Stir, Day 7-Stir, Day 8-Stir, Day 9 Add 1 C flour, 1 C sugar, 1 C milk
Pour one cup eachof the batters into separate containers. Give to 3 friends ( or 2 and keep one for yourself) For there this is day 1
