Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can black eyed peas
1 can pinto beans
1/3 red onion chopped
Black pepper
Red and green and yellow peppers chopped

1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and then cool vinegar and sugar to boil above.
Once cooled mix in large bowl with the chopped veggies and beans
Serve with tortilla chips

I sometimes heat boil ingredients in microwave, in a cup until sugar is dissolved and then let cool rather than use a pot.
