Cabbage
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
Cold Water
Canning Jars

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage and put into jars.
Add 1 tsp salt & 1 tbsp vinegar.
Fill with cold water.
Put lids on & turn tight.
Put in basement for two months then its ready to use.
