2- skinless boneless chicken breast
½ onion, chopped
½ cup sour cream
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ tablespoon ground pepper
¼ tablespoon salt (optional)
½ tablespoon chili powder
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
1 clove garlic minced
4- 10in. tortillas
¾ cup taco Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In Medium, Non-stick Skillet over Medium Heat cook chicken in a little oil until no longer pink and juices run clear.
Drain excess fat.
Cube chicken and return to skillet.
Add onion, sour cream ¼ cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano and ground black pepper.
Heat in skillet until cheese melts and stir in salt, chili powder, green peppers. and garlic.

Roll even amounts of mixture in tortillas and arrange in a 9x13 baking pan.
Cover with Taco Sauce and ¼ cheddar cheese and place in oven for 20 Minutes.
Cool 10 Minutes and serve.
