1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg beaten
1tbsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
Optional: Raisins or Walnuts

1. Mix ingredients together well
2.Bake for 10 minutes on cookie sheet at 375º
