1 cup pecans
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
3 eggs
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons Vanilla
3 cups peeled and chopped apples
2 cups coconut
1 cup raisins

Caramel Sauce:

1 cup Brown Sugar
½ cup butter
1 ½ cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, cream sugar, oil and eggs. Slowly mix in flour mixture till blended. Add pecans, apples, coconut and raisins. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

For Caramel sauce: Boil for 2 minutes and pour over hot cake.
