2 envelopes Knox gelatin
1 can tomato soup or shrimp bisque
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small onion chopped
3 pieces celery chopped
2-4 5 oz cans of shrimp
1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain shrimp and put on ice.
Dissolve gelatin in ¼ cup of hot water.
Mix soup, cream cheese and mayonaise in a blender until fluffly.
Add onion, celery and lemon juice, blend again.
Add gelatin and blend well.
Pour into a bowl and let it set slightly.
Crumble drained shrimp and add into mixture, blend well with a spoon.
Spray a 5 cup mold well with Pam and pour mixture into mold.
Chill at least 4 hours.
