1 medium head cabbage
1 cup oil
1 medium onion
1 cup vinegar
1 medium green bell pepper
1 Tablespoon salt
cup mild honey

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cabbage, onion, and bell pepper with food processor. Pour honey over mixture and set aside. Bring to a boil vinegar, oil, and salt. Pour over cabbage and honey mixture. Mix well. Refrigerate. Will keep for up to 3 weeks.
