1 chicken cut up, with or without skin
1 1/2 - 2 cups uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans water
1/2 - 1 package onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the rice, soups, water, and onion soup mix. Put in bottom of casserole dish. Lay chicken pieces on top. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 º F. Uncover and bake for another 30-40 minutes.

This is such an easy and good chicken meal. Missionary friends gave us the recipe, and every time we eat "Souper Chicken," we remember sweet times with them.
