3/4 c. Crisco
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

3 c. flour
4 tsp. baking
2 c. Sugar
2 Sticks margarine
4 Eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix 3/4 C. Crisco 1 tsp.salt, 1 1/2 C. brown sugar 1 egg. Add and mix thoroughly 1 1/2 C. flour, 1 full tsp. baking powder and add 1 tbsp. water. Cream sugar and margarine throughly add eggs one a a time. Bake at 350º 35-40 min
