2 lg Vidallia onions
olive oil
fresh Thyme
salt pepper
blue Cheese or gorgonzola

Directions:
Directions:
peel onions and slice about 1 to 2 inches thick. Place on a cookie sheet and drizzle with olive oil. sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme and salt and pepper. Put in a 425' oven and cook for 25 to 30 minutes. Take out of the oven and put a spoonful of the cheese on top and place pan back in oven and turn oven off! Finish up the rest of your meal prep and remove from oven and serve! These little babies and so good with steak or Prime rib and they are also very good onto of a burger!! Enjoy~
