1 pkg of dried vegetable soup mix
1 finely chopped vidalia onion
1 can of water chestnuts drained and chopped small
1 pkg of frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dried
1 8 oz container of sour cream you can use 1/2 greek yogurt
1c. mayo
I like to add a dash of worcheshire sauce!

mix all ingredients together and put in the fridge to get cold.
