5 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3 Tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. sugar
¾ c. Crisco
2 c. buttermilk
1 pkg. yeast
½ c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir dry ingredients. Cut in Crisco, add buttermilk and yeast dissolved in warm water. Mix until all flour is moistened. Cover bowl and refrigerate until ready to use(I put it in a ziplock bag). Take out as much as needed. Pat out to 1/2" thick on floured board. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 400* about 12 minutes. Dough with keep 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator.
