Ingredients:  
1 can cream of chicken soup (10 1/2oz)
1 can cheddar cheese soup (10 1/2oz)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 bag frozen southern style (cubed) hash browns
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 stick butter, soften
1 small onion, diced

Topping (optional)
1 stick butter (melted)
2 cups cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º. Combine soups, sour cream, garlic salt, butter, onion and cheese. Mix together well and then add potatoes. Put into a greased 9X13 baking dish. In a separate mixing bowl combine the butter and cornflakes. Bake for 1 - 1½ hours.
