Hot and Sour Prawn Soup Recipe

4 dried Chinese black mushrooms
1 tea sesame oil
4 oz lean pork
12 lg. scallions
4 cups chicken stock
12 lg raw shrimp
1tbsp dry sherry
2tbsp wine vinegar
1 tea soy sauce
1 tea tabasco
2 bean curd cakes
1tbsp cornstarch
1 egg well beaten

Soak mushrooms in 1 1/2 cups water for one hour. after save 1 cup of the water.
Cut up the mushrooms up.
In a saucepan heat the sesame oil up add the pork and cook until brown.
then add mushrooms, cook for 2 min's then add scallions, stock simmer for 10 min's then add shrimp, sherry, vinger, soy, tabasco, and the bean curd.
In a small bowl mix cornstarch and water together.
then stir into the mixture, then at the end add your beaten egg in a small stream let cook a bit s/p and sevre
