Crust
1½ cups flour
⅔ cup brown sugar
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking soda
½ cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg yolks
3 cups of mini marshmallows

Topping
⅔ cup corn syrup
¼ cup butter
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz pkg peanut butter chips
2 cups rice Chex cereal
2 cups salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, baking soda, butter, vanilla and egg yolks. Press into a 9 X 13 greased pan and bake 10-15 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven and spread marshmallows evenly over the crust and return to oven for 1-2 minutes until melted. Set aside and let cool. For topping, melt in sauce pan corn syrup, butter, vanilla, and peanut butter chips. Remove from heat and add cereal and peanuts. Spread topping over baked crust and refrigerate until firm.
