1 Pork Butt bone in or not
1 onion, sliced
seasoning salt
cumin
garlic salt
barbeque seasoning (I use Butt Rub)
Apple juice or cider

Directions:
Directions:
Saute pork butt, add onion and seasoning. Add enough apple juice to come up 3/4 way on pork.
Cook in a pressure cooker or a slow cooker.
Use two forks to shred.
Makes enough to freeze portions.
Add Barbeque sauce if desired.
