1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
1 cup water
¼ cup strawberry flavored gelatin
2 cups strawberries, halved
1 baked 9" pastry shell
whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Half berries and put in pastry shell.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water.
Cook until clear & thickened.
Remove from heat and stir in gelatin.
Pour mixture over berries.
Refrigerate several hours until set.
Serve with whipped cream.
