2 cups dark brown sugar
2 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate (1 square = 1 oz)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
Powdered sugar

NOTE: 7 1/2" x 11 1/2" pans are pretty unusual. Try to use a pan with nearly the same area (86 1/4").

Preheat oven to 350º.

1. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.
2. Mix flour, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs, and butter/chocolate mixture using electric mixer.
3. Grease 7 1/2" x 11 1/2" pan, or line with waxed paper.
4. Pour mixture evenly into pan.
5. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
6. Let cool partially.
7. Cut into small (1"-ish) squares.
8. Cool further, remove from pan, then roll in powdered sugar.

Can be frozen.
