2 lbs ground round
1 large onion chopped
3 ribs of celery chopped
1 clove garlic minced
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 10 oz can celery soup
1 package onion soup mix
1 15 oz can peas drained
1 15 oz can corn drained
1 oz Kitchen Bouquet
3 cups mashed potatoes
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp paprika
3/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded

1. In a large skillet add butter and oil, saute onion and celery for 4-5 minutes , add garlic a saute 1 more minute
2. Add meat and brown, drain off far
3. Add celery soup and dry onion mix, stir to blend
4. Add peas and corn to skillet, cook for 5-7 minutes, add Kitchen Bouquet
5. Transfer contents of skillet into a casserole dish. Top casserole with mashed potatoes
6 Put casserole under the broiler and broil until potatoes are brown
7. Remove from broiler and sprinkle with cheese.
8. Serve
